The trail ranges from moderate to challenging, covering 150-200 km with elevation changes. A good level of fitness is recommended, but the journey can be undertaken at your own spiritual pace.
Spring (March-May) and Autumn (September-November) offer ideal conditions with mild weather, clear skies, and blooming landscapes perfect for mindful walking.
Layered clothing, sturdy trekking boots, rain gear, meditation items, and most importantly – an open heart. We provide a detailed packing list upon booking.
Basic meditation practice is beneficial but not required. The trail itself becomes your teacher, and our guides incorporate appropriate practices along the way.
